Our Minister is Benjamin Mattocks. His southern milieu has equipped him with a southern hospitable warmth that radiates throughout the congregation. He genuinely has a heart for the people he serves. He was raised in a faithful Christian family that was dedicated to the work of the Lord. This, no doubt, help ground him in his faith.

In his collegiate years, he studied at North Carolina A&T State University, in Greensboro, NC. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Studies (Interdisciplinary) degree. He went on to seminary and completed his Master of Divinity at Howard University School of Divinity, in Washington, DC.

Minister Mattocks is a military veteran. The military is where Benjamin met his wonderful wife, Tanisha, of seven (7) years. Together they have a lovely little girl.

With his interdisciplinary education and theological training, ministry experience, military background, familial support, and youthful vibrancy, this church is a wonderful place to come to learn, heal, grow, and feel loved & “pastored.” The Minister of Frankford Church of Christ in Frankford, Delaware invites you to come and be an integral part of our beloved community as we strive to please God.
